I really don't understand how you're an immigrant like my self and be a racist. That's how what I experienced at this place. I Googled to find the best nail place near me and they came up a very good, so I went and one of the women asked me what I wanted and I said a pedicure so she said that there's one person ahead of me so I said ok. I sat there for half hour and this lady walked in and the woman said to her we're ready for you pick out a color, I asked her if you have to make an appointment before you come there and she said no , mind you I sat there for half an hour. I waited and this other lady came in and asked for one of their worker who wasn't there so they said that they weren't taking anymore customers so the lady left, I am still waiting , and another lady walked in and they asked her what she wants and she said pedicure and manicure and they told her to pick out a color. I am black and the lady that left was also black, the ladies that were being helped were of Spanish decent. 1 hour later they decided to ask me to pick out a color, so I laughed and said wow finally. I got my nails done and I left, but they will never get my money again. If anyone knows of a nail salon that is clean and not racist. Thanks

The nail tech cut my cuticle with the drill until it bled, and I had to ask her to stop and tend to my wound...not cool!
I went for a soak, and full set... They charge $5 for the soak but they don't tend to you at all, they give you a nail file and you must take your own acrylic off! Not cool!
My nails are round shaped and I wanted to keep that shape, so she didn't need to file at all. She ultimately re-shaped my nails into stiletto and I told her a few times that's not what I wanted.
I literally had to ask for her nail file and filed my nails back into round! The entire experience was, unprofessional, and annoying.

For me, Envy is very good for emergency nails. Best price. Very nice equipment. Spanish speaking.
The braiding & tattoo parlor are all separate.
