I will never come back 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼. I came in and was never greeted. I figured it was because they were busy so I waited. However, someone else came in that may be a regular customer cause they greeted her right away. They told her the wait was 25 minutes. No more than 5 minutes later they came to get her and brought her to a chair to start her pedicure. I try to say I have been waiting but was ignored. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I’m not too upset about it because how dirty it was inside. When spending my hard earned money on services at this establishment I expect good customer service and to be treated fairly

I've been coming here for years now. But today I hated my nails. She was rushing and putting too much gel polish on my nails. My nails are too bulky. Told her a couple of times to fix them. My nails are different sizes. 😤

The place is less then average. Just needed a quick manicure because my nails were really bad, however the end result was not worth it. I could have done this at home. And the nail technician cut me on two fingers multiple times, because she had me soak my hands for less then five minutes. I am no expert, but you soak the cuticles to soften the skin and have it removed easier. And the smell. OMG, I got a quick brow wax while there, just a little clean up. She took me to the back of the salon had me sit in a dirty, crusty chair, bad enough, but then the small. Ugh, it smelled like a fish tank. Never again!!!+
