First time i went in. I called verified prices and did small chat as to what i requested. I get their and was charged more than what i was told, my nails are not as i wanted. No chip should be simple and on the natural side especially since these are my natural nails. My manicure came out looking nothing of what ive ever seen. From the shape, to the thickness, to the service fees. $5 to take off my polish? Really. I gave a tip out of courtesy. NEVER AGAIN!

When I called to make an appointment for a full set the woman on the phone sounded so nice and kind, then I show up and the vibe was completely different. I walked in said I called prior to walking in and was told the guy there (didn’t get his name) would do my nails. The entire time I sat there he was sighing away seemed like he didn’t even want to be doing my nails I tried to make small talk but he wasn’t really for it and so I just sat there in silence he only spoke to me to confirm the length in the nails I wanted. When he was done I paid and even gave him a tip and didn’t even get a thank you or have a nice day.. while my nails dried I started noticing how uneven they looked but he was no where in sight so I just ended up leaving. Maybe it wAsnt his day or something but I just won’t be going back here. First impressions are everything and this one just really freakin sucked.

. Owners are very friendly and make sure you are satisfied with the service . I come here every month for a pedicure, prices are reasonable.
