I went there for acrylic nails. DONT GO for acrylic nails. Please save your money and spend it elsewhere because the outcome was horribly done. They are a sweet couple but they don’t know how to do acrylic nails.
The lady was upset when I told her that it isn’t looking right and she got upset and frustrated with me and didn’t want to finish until her husband calmed her down and she finished but I was really sad with the results.

The owners are so incredibly warm and welcoming- I felt right at home! They did an amazing job on a mani/pedi, and I did feel like a princess! Can't recommend them highly enough.

I went there for acrylic nails.
DO NOT GO THERE for acrylics!! Chunky, over filed ended up with extremely short acrylic nails...what's the point? When I mentioned to the lady to was filing the nails to about half the size she had cut the plastic nail tips, she said I was too hard too please and refused to finish it, BUT had the nerve to charge me for half of the price!!!
I went to the other Princess Nails on Riverside st in Medford (No association at all with this one on Broadway). There the owner saw my half done, chunky, short nails and offered to remove them for free, then proceeded to do a fantastic job on my nails her self! Beautiful work, beautiful place and cheaper!!!
