Took my 2 year old out for a girls day, we randomly picked this nail salon and I’m so glad we did. I LOVE the way my nails turned out, thank you Alysa for your attention to detail and patience. And another thank you to the nail tech who did my daughter’s nails, she was also amazing. Thank you to the whole salon for being so sweet to my daughter and I and giving her the best first nail experience. Highly recommend this place :)

Great experience today at Ideal with Crystal! I wanted something a little spring-y and showed her an inspiration
pic. She did a fanatic job on my nails and I already booked my next appointment. Appointment process itself was also simple and I received 2 text messages reminding me of the appointment and a call the day of confirming which nail tech I would like to see. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I went here for my first time today, my best friend and I got pedicures. The staff was very nice, they were on time for our appointment, and the salon was so clean! I had one of the best pedicures I have had in a long time. I will definitely be back!

The place was beautiful, employees were so nice and accommodating. The woman who did my nails was friendly and did an amazing job on my nails recommend a design I loved and got them done so fast.

Donna is such a G. I’ve never been to ideal before but definitely will be going back. I went to get nails done for prom and left with bright pink ones that were way off from the color I wanted. I went back and explained the situation, she was so sweet about it and fixed it for free. Turns out the label for the color was wrong, wasn’t even her fault. I’m someone who gets really anxious going back and complaining at stores but she was so understanding and kind about everything that I’m really glad I did. Anyways she did an amazing job with the final results!
