i came to get a pedicure & didn’t stay more than 5 minutes. it was disgustingly old & outdated. yall.. i watched when he was setting up his station to try to give them the benefit of the doubt but when he grabbed the tools out of a bucket that was just sitting on the floor & sprayed them with alcohol trying to reassure me that they were clean it was a NO. i asked for new ones he said he didn’t have any so i left

Bad service . The lash girl in the 1st seat attitude is nasty. Meme you lost a customer because of her. She told me that meme would the Monday on Saturday then Monday Tuesday. I come from across town and my time was wasted. Y’all dont have loyal customers because of yall attitudes. Thanks for a the years meme but im moving on!

i went there with my
friend and her mom and was immediately unimpressed. it looked unprofessional. my friends mother asked for short
30 dollar nails like what it says on the price sign. but they refused to do them and her being apart of law enforcement she threatened to call the department. for some reason, they also refused to do my friends nails even tho she had nothing to with it. their excuse was “i don’t do nails go to your mom” while she was literally sitting in their chair. they left my friends mom with just long tips on. they need to be shut down for discrimination and no decorum.

I have never had such a bad experience at a nail shop before, until today! They are not professional and very rude. I would not ever give them my business again. If you’re willing to Walt and get Passed Around due to you not getting as much service as others, then this would be the place for you. I waited three hours to get one nail repaired. I was in disbelief as I watched each person shake their head no. Unfortunately, I had an event to attend and didn’t have enough time to go anywhere else. I didn’t even realize that three hours had passed. I’m disappointed not only in myself but also because I allowed myself to be treated this way. Moving forward, I will do better!

Only took 30 maybe 40 min for my hands n feet. No rush just fast. Very nice and welcoming.
