I stopped going there for a while and decided to go for convenience. After this past week. I will not attended anymore. The manager there was rude, she’s a bit racist. & made some derogatory remarks that were not appropriate. She had an attitude because of the way I wanted my nails. I was even nice when explaining how short I wanted them. When she finished she tried to tell me what I was going to tip her. I’m not going there anymore. I’ll be going to Nail Bar next time. Better atmosphere and people with better prices.

waited 45 minutes to get my acrylic nails taken off while they finished one pedicure and started a whole other persons pedicure. finally I got to get mine taken off and paid for taking them off and cutting and shaping my nails and the acrylic was completely gone but they cut them down and shaped them lop-sided. very disappointed with service.

Came in this afternoon and had the most underwhelming service of my life. Actually, my feet feel rougher now than when I went in! So I basically paid $30 for them to dip my feet in lukewarm water for literally 2 minutes before the guy began working. No choice of different packages or "add on" items, which would have been fine if he had done more than a few swipes with a (hopefully) clean but very worn pumice stone and massaged a pea-sized amount of lotion on my feet/legs. The polish job was ok, but absolutely not worth the money. They might do good with acrylics and manicures, but their pedicures are seriously lacking.

I got dip put on my nails with a small tip added for length. After a week 4 of the nails had come off. When I returned to show the lady who did my nails that I had lost four within a week she said that it would be $3 dollars a nail to replace them. She asked if it was gel or acrylic and I made her aware that they were dip. She then told me that because they were dip it would be more expensive. I reminded her that I had just had them done a week ago and she told me that it depends on how you work with them and with extra length it is easy for them to come off. My length was a very short tip and I have gotten dip for years without this problem after a WEEK. I also have NEVER paid $55 for dip before. As a newbie to Chattanooga I was excited to try out this salon only to be EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer service. Beware to pay an excessive amount with the risk you will be back within a week to pay even more due to lack of proper technique.

My first time having a nice experience at a nail salon. Steven (or Stephen) squeezed me in even though I didn't have an appointment, was very nice to me, and talked to me about interesting things. At most places I feel like I'm not being taken care of because I'm only getting a gel polish and not a full set or something more expensive, but here I didn't feel that way. It was great and I'll definitely be back!
