They use their own nails to scrape off your nail polish and while doing this they constantly pinch your skin. One lady was doing this to me and I politely asked her to please utilize a tool to do so and she said ok used it for 2.2 seconds and continued scraping with her nails this is so unsanitary.

I paid 40 for my nails too look crappy arms pants and shirt full of powder and under my nails dry powder after the 45 min wait also she did a crappy job my nails look I did them instead gel on my skin she didn't try to make it look nice smh hate my nails but now I got to deal with them never again 😡
