Not your typical furniture store. This is the place to go to if you want quality, custom pieces with professional designers offering their free advice. Ask for Amber! She pulled up my floor plan to see which furniture pieces would fit, helped me choose fabrics that would go with my existing decor, and I couldn't be happier with the result! Great customer service and a wonderful family owned business.

We had the best experience buying furniture at Southern Charm! Katie was very attentive, made sure the furniture would fit with our floor plan, down to picking the best fabrics for our pillows. Looking forward to our next purchase already!

I left a very honest review yesterday stating my frustrations with this company and why I would probably not frequent the store again...I have since removed the detailed review due to the fact that I was contacted by one of their owners "Rachel" and she was very kind and wanted to rectify the situation, however I had made the same purchase elsewhere so it was a little too late....i hope my feedback helps Southern Charm and Design with future customers and i personally appreciate Rachel reaching out to me...i wish Southern Charm nothing but the best!

I came into the store the first time this week and I was thoroughly impressed! I just moved here with my fiancé and we were looking for a place with unique pieces to fill our home. We worked with Katie and she not only helped us with information about the furniture, but gave us great ideas on pieces that would go well together. It was truly a breathe of fresh air, as we felt like we were important and not just another sale.
