I give this place a one-star because. They don't listen very well, but they want the MONEY. I'm not sure all of them are licensed or not.
I gave them 5 Stars initially, I deducted one star for them speaking Vietnamese amongst themselves over and over.
I deducted the second star when I asked for my nails to be filed a certain way and they did it their way.
I deducted the third star when I told them don't use something on me and they did it anyway and I had to stop them.
I deducted the fourth star when I asked for change for a $20 bill and was given a ten and two fives instead of some ones within that. ( the fact they would subliminally force my hand to give a 20% tip is tacky). They have been trained on how to get the money.
Some of the Vietnamese people I've personally encountered are very clever not all but many of them remind me of the gypsies. Some of them work extremely hard to earn an income but many of them are sneaky hustler's in the process.
The overall job they did on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being excellent would be about a 5-6 if that.
Wake up America!
