I’ve been fortunate to have massages all over the world, and I have a muscle and arthritis problem. Carlos near gate 92 Terminal C Newark Airport is one of the BEST I ever experienced. Thank you, Carlos. I’m going to fly out of Newark just to find you!

Even though the reviews give 2.7 stars.I said I'm going to give them a try. Well,I got a 20 minute foot massage and a 20 minute chair massage. Both were EXCELLENT!!!!! I get 2 a month full body massages. And ROBERT did an excellent job at both. I recommend giving them a try. And ask for Robert, he's the tall Man. Thanks Again Brian!!!!!

3 stars is all I have to give, and I feel that may be generous. Was stuck in Newark on a long delay on a recent night and decided to hit the spa to waste some time. Pedicure was decent - not long or particularly thorough but pleasant and I was happy with the polish and how it looked. The woman who did the pedicure was very nice. Where I went really wrong was the 10-minute chair massage - most absurd, comical, and not even remotely comfortable or relaxing "massage" I have ever received. If this is how this woman gives a massage all the time, then heaven help her customers. If she was just annoyed that it was 9pm and she was still at work at an airport spa, then heaven help her. Ten minutes of just digging into my back and shoulders with her elbows. I should have said something but I kept thinking, this can't possibly go on like this... I paid for it because I asked for it but, gracious, worst massage ever. Just not even a massage. And, to boot, the prices are inflated, but you expect that going in since it's in an airport and you're trapped. If you're stuck like I was and desperate for something to do, give it a go. You may get lucky. I'm pretty sure I happened to get the most incompetent/disinterested person in the room. I watched other people get chair massages and they looked pretty normal. Alas...

I've been here three times, and have had a highly varied experience. Two of the times were fantastic, and one of the times was horrible, primarily due to the skills of the massage therapist. The other reviews are generally right in saying that the staff is disinterested and doesn't take their job seriously, but even with the lack of professionalism, you can still get a great massage -- you're just rolling the dice on who you get. This could be an awesome experience and a great way to start a flight with a little better professionalism, management, and quality control. As the overall experience stands now, however, can't give it more than 3 stars.
