Walked in today for a manicure and was seated right away. I was given excellent service, my nails were shaped so nicely and while my hands were under the UV the lady came around and even gave me a shoulder rub. All followed with lotion arm and hand massage and hot towel. Definitely coming back soon!

I made a 2pm appt for my 6 year old and myself. I show up and they don’t have the appt, they remember me calling vaguely then they tell me to pick colors and get my feet in the water, my daughter is sitting next to me, we wait 25 minutes and they still don’t get to us! So frustrating. So we left, the lady runs out to apologize and gives me a $5 off, but really. I made an appointment so we didn’t have to wait.
