Horrible.... I paid almost a 100.00 for pedi and a full set of nails. Pedi Sucked! Full set of nails was even worse the nails were uneven with bubbles in them. Within a week one nail broke and two cracked went back to fix it and the lady put a nail on to replace the broken one told her it was to long and she filed it down but was still uneven! Three days later nail cracked and broke!! I've had it wit them! Never again will I go there!

This place is absolutely TRASH , I went in to get a pedi which was ok and French tip arcylic set and the lady ends up cutting me deeply 3xs , ignores my length request , leaves them unevenly , leaves multiple bubbles in my nails, and ends up buffing so hard the white plastic tip turns transparent and still has the odasity to get white powder and places it under my nail to cover it up when it still clearly showed, as I explained my frustration on multiple times she offered a $10 discount ., then the owner comes to take a look and gets after her and makes me sit in her chair and rebuffs them and attempts to outline the white plastic tip with shellac nail polish , that didn’t work so she offered to paint them all white and by that time I was over being there for 3 HOURS , and they still charged me FULL price(for a color I originally didn’t even want) , and now less than a week later these nails are cracked and still uneven, I know I have a right to go back and fix them but I rather not waste my time WORST NAIL SALON EVER , my first and last time ever giving them my business! I see they have two google accounts I made sure to comment on both , everyone needs to know how trash this nail shop is

I came here because the place I normally go to was closed so I decided I'd take a chance and see how this place was. NEVER will I do that again. I have naturally thick eyebrows and I like to keep them that way and wax them to keep them looking groomed. The lady took off so much hair! My eyebrows are very thin now, and look nothing like they did when I got there. They don't even fit my face. Not only did she wax out a lot of good hair that should have stayed, she also tweezed out large chunks. My skin is now white where the hair used to be. If you want to keep your eyebrows, don't go to LA Nails.

I went there twice great shop in and out. But the third time was horrible I was in a lady name sally chair. I told her i wanted the same color. She said she knew what color. As she is going my nails i told her the color looked wrong she said no its the same. Its because gel is on it. When i finish you will see. Of course she finished and it was the wrong powered color like i said.. she tells me i can fix. I clearly stated i had some where to be so i didnt have time. I go the the register and they charge me. Im pissed but cant act a fool cause im still in my work cloths i pay and ask for a manager to call me. Instead someone calls me the next day and says you have 3 days to come in and let her fix them. No thanks I'm done with your nail shop.

Julie, at the Willowbrook Mall location, rocks. She does such excellent work! I drive all the way from South Houston to have her do my nails and it is worth it! Update...I drive from Spring and it is still worth it!
