Y'all, Leah is amazing. She is the best technician I have ever had. She takes her time and makes sure that you are completely happy with your nails the entire process!

I went in to get a full set with a very simple design and the tech who helped me pick out what I should get did not want to help me. Instead, she passed me off to one of the new techs who seemed nervous as she was doing my nails and when I asked for the coffin shape, I received square round, and they were way too short!!! The design was a few lines across my nails and the tech could not accomplish that as simple as it was. My nails do not look professionally done! No wonder all services are 25% off! That’s the only way they will get people in the door!!!

Nail broke four days after visiting the shop. Had very few SNS colors and did not like the process. I have used SNS for five years never had issues at my old shop so I won’t be back. Happy it was 25% b/c my experience was lacking. My pedicure did not include a massage which is weird.
