Just want to say thank you by posting a positive review. I come here often, they always do a fantastic job. However, this week I got a French on my toes ... by day 3 it was chipping. A lot of them!! Feeling pretty upset, I debated with myself if I should go back and tell them. After a few days, I decided I should give them the opportunity to make good and they did!!! They very pleasantly re-painted my toes with a completely new color and I really appreciate it!! Thank you golden nails for proper business practice and of course, i will be back again.

Called ahead, first person wouldn't sit me down for 10 minutes, then she kept getting up and running around , didn't even get anything done. Then she saw that I was getting irritated and tried to give me some story about a customer who left without paying. Now I've gotten a replacement technician who won't make eye contact, won't speak to me, keeps looking away from what she's doing while filling and pushing back my cuticles and has filed and pushed back skin in the wrong place multiple times now because SHES LOOKING AWAY WHILE SPEAKING AND STILL MOVING HER HANDS WHILE NOT EVEN LOOKING AT WHAT SHES DOING. keeps shoving my toes down and pushing on my feet in rude ways, I'm also supposed to get a manicure and waxing while I'm here, I've been here for AN HOUR and she's not even done filing my toes, nothing is done. This is insane, at least if they were apologetic or NICE I would understand. Just don't go here. Definitely not to Tina.

They didn’t give me what I asked for and I’ve been to way better places for way cheaper
