It would be nice if the employee's really knew or had experience with the products they sale. There is nothing more irritating than going to a beauty store, asking a relevant question about a product just to be told that they have no clue what to do. When I ask if the manager would know they have told me to call a salon and ask. Only go here if you know exactly what you want with no questions to ask. They have 3 stars because they have some great sales and SOME of their prices can be cheaper than others.

I had an amazing experience today the lady who helped me (blueish curly hair) sorry I didn't get her name was incredibly helpful had an amazing personality. I will drive to this Sally's instead of the one closer to me just because of the customer service.

Great place to find professional beauty supplies. There's a huge wall of nail polish, which I'm a fan of. The employees are really nice and helpful.
