I never had a good experience with any of the nail salons so when I went to this one, I didn't had any expectations. But once they started doing my nails, I was completely amazed. They gave such an amazing makeover to my nails and I had nothing to complain about.

Love this place. Ruby Bea, Tracy all super friendly. And they are real pros at nails.

Average price for the area and good service. This is a POPULAR nail salon and would advise patience if going for a walk in. It helps if you can schedule an appointment at least 24 hours in advance, though usually they can take you same day. I've been going here for a while now and have been pleased with their work.

I brought my daughter and her best friend into Issaquah Nails 3 on Inglewood Hill Rd for their first set of acrylic nails (they are 12 yrs old). We paid for the three of us to have full sets $120 + $15 tip, total of $135 spent. They were extremely rude, talked on phone most the time, cut my daughter three times without apology. The only good thing (I thought at the time) was that they were extremely fast. They completed each of our acrylics in less then 30 minutes. Afterwards, my daughter complained about the cuts she received. The nails were super thick and obviously slapped on quick. All three of us experienced most or all of the nails falling off within 3 to 4 days!! I called the owner, she told me I must be calling the wrong place (it wasn't) and there is nothing she could do for me. No refund or store credit was offered. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been going there for over 10 years. The staff is friendly. Ruby and My are the two ladies I go to. Very clean place.
