All of the girls, and guy, are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and skilled in what they do. They do not pretend to know how to do something if they truly don’t know how to or don’t feel comfortable doing it. They don’t talk amongst themselves in their own language like you find in some salons. Prices are VERY reasonable, color options are plentiful in all product lines (basic, gel, dip, or IDG), and quality of work done is beyond reproach. I have tried numerous different places over the last several years and yet I keep coming back here time and time again as no one can come close to the quality, price, and professionalism of LA Nails & Hair Salon.

First off when starting pedicure the focus was more on the massaging stead of the actual doing of the nails , asked to remove ingrown nails and Cathy did not , she asked to cut my toe nails and I asked her not to due to having such short nails already instead if she can just file them and she insisted to do what SHE wanted to do . Get to the nails and I asked her for square and gave a photo reference of nails I previously had from another nail salon that I no longer live by . Asked her to not make them thick and she starts by globbing acrylic on and making them lumpy so I let her continue to see if filing helps and nope she covered my cuticles and proceeded to cut me multiple times and then putting alcohol in the places she cut me she kept going over the sides of my nails withy he file to the point that was cutting me also she was very rough and when I told her she said my nails were long , but continue to rush and be rough , when finished I was left with glue all over my fingers , when I went to pay I was charged an extra $8.00 because of length that was not posted or said by mail tech she just cut . I wish I could give 0 star do not recommend do NOT waste your money first and LAST time at this place ! Pictures do not do justice to what they look like in person 😡

I’m not one to leave poor reviews unless it’s truly deserved. For starters I made an appt on Tuesday 8/30/22, for Thursday 9/1/22 for 5:45pm for a gel pedicure service. I arrived a little after 5:30-5:35 the day of the appointment. I picked my color and had a seat. 5:45 rolls around (my appt time) and haven’t been seated for my pedicure. 10 minutes goes by, and nothing. One of the techs could see I was getting a little frustrated and went to the back, but did not update me on anything. 15 minutes goes by, still haven’t been sat for my pedicure. FINALLY got sat for my pedicure at 6:15 25 MINUTES AFTER MY SCHEDULED APPT! I could understand 5, 10 even 15 minutes behind- BUT 25, and no communication about it either!? I had other plans this evening that had to get discarded due to the delay in my appointment. Strike one. I explained to the person giving me a pedicure I had ingrown nails on my two big toes (mainly why I get pedicures, to help take care of them) she was SO rough, and didn’t even take care of them; I was in some serious pain—Then looking at my pedicure, my left toe nail is longer than my right toe nail, so they’re completely uneven. Strike two. Finally time to pay. I asked how much my gel pedicure was and the lady told me $50, I said I was paying with card. If my pedicure was $50, why did it ring up as $51.50? I get it’s only $1.50 but if there’s a surcharge to use a card over cash, that should be mentioned and there was NO sign that stated that; only that gratuity needed to be given in cash. I didn’t know there was an extra charge to use card until my card was already in the payment slot. STRIKE THREE. Overall I was HIGHLY disappointed by the service & salon- not a good first impression! I chose this salon, based on reviews. But I for sure will NEVER EVER return the absolute WORST salon & service I’ve ever been to!

I’m a regular customer at LA Nails & Hair and have been coming here for over a year now. Today, I had a nail appointment at 5:30. I got to LA Nails today and was forced to wait 30 minutes later than my scheduled time. While I was waiting, I was asked if I had previously scheduled an appointment six times after I received a phone call AND text confirming the said appointment. At 6, an employee finally approached me and sat me down. She was very kind but the appointment took 30 minutes longer than necessary. At the end of the appointment, I realized that my nails looked TERRIBLE. Each nail is a different size and shape and the nail polish is incredibly clumpy. I would attach a picture but I cannot look at them without feeling INCREDIBLY embarrassed. Normally, I would recommend this nail salon; however, this was a very off putting experience and not worth the time I waited for my appointment.

Tracy is the best nail tech I've ever been to. Consistently does a fantastic job with my acrylics and easy to schedule with. I have been to a few other nail techs here and they all have done a great job. I've been coming here for about a year.
