This is literally the worst manicure and experience I've gotten in my life. DO NOT GO HERE.
1) they have no swatches of dip colors
When I asked the lady what color she recommended compared to my picture she literally said "I don't know how the colors look like"
2) I asked for dip and brought out options. She refused to do dip twice upon request and said I need to do acrylic which was more expensive.
3) I had to correct her several times on spots she missed
4) paint job was horrible
5) THERES A WHOLE PIECE OF DUST SEALED UNDER MY PAINT JOB which I didn't see until I was home.
6) I called before asking if they take card and I was told yes and then after I was done the lady said can u please pay in cash because we're charged a 3% fee. And I said no I only have card and she just looked at me until I finally said I would walk to an ATM.
7) I can't get angry with an older woman because it's disrespectful but this was a waste of $70
8) they looks so bad. If this was $30 it might be okay but this devastating.

My first time there and these ladies treat you like family. Go and relax on their amazing chairs, close your eyes and inhale the aroma therapy. I received an absolutely amazing mani/pedi from Miss Trang. She did her thang. I will be returning ⭐️

I went there to just get polish done and when I got seated I saw a clear nail polish that I love and the price on it said $5 so I asked the lady if I could have 2 of them. She went to get them and I realized that she was taking a while to get back so when I went to see what she was doing I saw she was trying to take the tag off so I asked her what she was doing and how much the polish was and she says $15 so am like it said $5 then she says no it’s $15. The manager comes in the conversation and she’s like it’s $15. When I told them that was false advertisement and that’s not right they said I dint have to buy it and they will not do my nails. I told them I will just get them at the price they are asking for they still refused to provide me services. Please DONT GO THERE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.THEY ARE RUDE.

Nice quality but expensive. In fact, $15 more than the place I normally go but I was in a rush that day so I needed to try someplace closer to home. I really liked that they required all customers to wash/sanitize their hands before touching the polish bottles as a safety measure. And the technician was cordial. BEWARE though that they charge you a penalty surcharge for paying with a credit card. That was enough to convince me not to return.

I’ve been to this salon many times before and they pretty much always do a good job, but their hours are inconsistent. Both Google and their front door says they open at 9am on Sundays but I arrived at 9:30 and they were very closed. Sat in my car until 10am and still closed. I gave up and left and went to another place down the street. You should update your hours to reflect when you will actually be in operation.
