This place ROCKS with two great stylists. Thank you Cassidi & Mariah for our awesome pedicures! Cassidi also did such a perfect job on my color/highlight. It was exactly what I wanted. Don't hesitate to try this salon out. It's a very welcoming place.

I don't ever like to give a place a bad review but I suppose it's the one way to communicate to improve their service. I was not impressed with what happened to my hair. I actually went back to have the technician redo it. It was even worse after that. And to top it all off I have extremely short hair and I was charged $107.00 for a color and highlights and not even a cut. The only reason I went there was my normal hairdresser had been ill. I thought maybe I would try someplace new out. When my regular hairdresser returned to work she was appalled at what they did to my hair. It took her two sessions to fix what they did as far as the color went.

This first time I went here the service was great and I really got fixed up. Then after that it went down hill. Slowly but surely. The owner worked on my hair. I enjoyed and looked up to the owner. Then we had a bit miscommunication of cutting my hair and I got fixed somewhere else. I talked to friends and told them where I go and they told me that the owner is pressuring everyone to upsell so much that the employees were uncomfortable about it. One even left to start their own business. I went back to see if this was true and booked an appointment. (My husband had gotten me a gift card) well, I have noticed that I don't get up sold every time by the owner but I have had to paid a lot of extras for less than shoulder length hair and by my last appointment had minimum interaction with owner. In back the background I could hear a stylist trying to upsell. I understand having a business and making money is important. I believe tipping more then appropriately that I would be valued as a customer. My time is over cure salon. I looked up to owner and saw her as mentor... however, I don't want to be bamboozled out of my money for an up sell.
