I was really disappointed!! I got a gel manicure and polish change on my toes. Less than 2 days after, 2 of my gel nails had fell right off. I called them to get a refund because I live far. They said no they would redo them. So I was able to get back up there a couple days later and by that time several more had completely lifted and my toes had began to chip!! I've never in my life had my toes chip before 2 weeks after the polish was applied. Anyway, instead of removing the whole manicure and redoing it they pulled the lifted nails off only (didn't soak them off because they were just falling right off), and only repainted the ones that were lifted. So, I tipped again because it was a different girl. I wake up the next morning and 3 of the ones she left alone had completely lifted off. In less than a week from the original manicure date I had 2 nails left and some chipped up toe nails!!

I've been going to this nail spa for about 5 years now and I highly recommend it. Family owned and operated. Clean, easy, quality. Great location. Always parking available. No fuss just nice people.

Terrible job, I would never go there ever ever again. Worst nail job ever. No one speaks English . No management , no one to even complain to . I can do my nails better than she can!!!!

Just got a Nexgen manicure from Penny and it was awesome! Better than other salons I have been to and very well priced, especially for the area!
