First . I am a repeating customer . I spend over $100 each time I come there . I went in to this shop for a fill in today . The lady requested me to do a full set based on the powder service I was getting . Now I’ve had this service before and I have never had to get a full set . I asked for an explanation. Her English was not very well so another lady came and explained - her English wasn’t well either . I just agreed to the full set service at the same time she became aggravated & walked away . As she walked away she commented a quick comment in her language - the other lady laughed . I asked her “ what did you just say “ she replied “ I said that you have to get a full set on your nails “ long story short I continued to confront her because I felt highly disrespected and her last explanation was “ we were talking before you walked in.” That is a huge insult to my intelligence because based on the context clues she made a a comment to her coworker and the coworker laughed- that was not a conversation . In a place of business. It is very important to Educate your customers on the service if they are not familiar . Do not get aggravated with me because I can barely understand your language. I was patient with you , I expect the same . O I forgot to mention that I walked in an empty shop - and they lost potential business . I will never step foot in this place again. !

My first time going here and I had a horrible experience.
I do not recommend this place at all unless you want to give away money.
I came in for a color change and I had to go home and fix it myself. My nails looked like a five year old painted them.
I wish I would give it 0 starts.
Please Don't waist your time or money.

The service has become very hit or miss as of late. The prices are reasonable, but the last few times the work has been rushed and the attention to detail hasn't been there. I guess it's time for a change.

This is the worst nail shop i have been to. They rushed there work they couldn't do marble design nobody in the shop. I also had to ask for a nail to be replaced and not just glued back down and the same day the nail chipped.
