Horrible experience! Staff doesn't know how to advice ppl about what colors would look good for different skin tones because they simply don't understand/speak English and on top of this, they are plain rude as they like to argue back to costumers. There are far better places and I regret my visit to this place. This nail salon used to be good a few yrs ago, now it's simply not worth it. I spent $60 for a mani and pedi that I can easily do at home 😑

Took 1 hour and 45 minutes to do my pedicure. The technician stabbed my large toe with the sharp cleaning tool, burnt my right toes with the UV light and didn't turn off the spray gun before setting it into the spray rest, spraying my left leg and half of my body with water.... Half way thru my pedicure, a man walks in and hands the technician her glasses, which she then puts on... I had asked for deep callus removal, they said it was $5 extra dollars. I said that's fine, I'd like to have it done. Usually, callus removal cream is applied, sets, then the dead skin is removed. This was not what I experienced. The technician applied the solution to a buffing tool and went full force on my feet, which were basically dry after just dipping in the water and sitting out on the towel (with the foil on my toes to remove the gel). Another pedicure client came in after me and left before me. As I was checking out at the register, another staff mentioned that the technician working on me had originally put on the off-white tip and had to correct it with the white French Tip color I had requested.... But because I didn't have much callus to remove, they weren't going to charge me the extra $5. I ended up paying $50 with a $5 tip. I appreciate that the technician acknowledged and apologized for all the things that went wrong, but I would never come here again.
