This salon is AMAZING!! I first found Hairstylist John when he was working at a different salon in Winter Park. John and his assistant Alyssa completely renewed my hair from the damages and beat down it had undergone from other ‘stylists’ (as they should not be licensed to touch hair). I have a rags to riches hair story with John as now, after exclusively seeing John for my hair, my hair is not only fully repaired, I am able to play with different hair colors while still keeping my hair long and silky. John and his assistant are magic.

Great experiences. New Ownership, I continue to get great service from the front desk to the technician. They have added new pedicure stations, and nail techs. My personal favorite is Kim Best, she always takes her time to do things right, and my shellac nails last a long time even though I work hard with my hands all day. Pleasant, well run salon/spa. They always fit me in if I request other service add-ons, such as eyebrow wax.

I get my nails done by Kim and she does an excellent job. I get a shellac manicure every two weeks and my nails always look great. The receptionists are always very sweet and welcoming.

I have received services from manicures to pedicures, facials, waxing and terrific hairstyling and beauty advice with current looks and high quality products. Joanna Curry has cut, colored and styled my hair with expert advice and care for twenty years. I will continue to go there and recommend anyone who wants experience and high quality service with professional and friendly atmosphere to visit Blades Salon & Day Spa.
