Exceptional service!!! I called in for an appointment and was taken in right away. My nails were perfect and I wasn’t rushed. I will be dedicated customer from now on. I’ve been to the rest, but they’re the BEST!!! Thank you princess nails. The entire staff is very professional.

When I first started going there the lady who did my nails was great! Than I decided to go with something different.. gel acrylic nails. She completely messed them up they were uneven and she rushed me out so she could go home. I called the next morning asap to get them fixed because they were so uneven and messed up I couldn't let it go.. the lady on the phone was very nice and understanding about it but when I got there the lady who did my nails "investigated" my nails to see if I was lying about everything and than says "oh yeah they uneven" does not even apologize for my inconvenience and than starts saying it was all my fault. She also started complaining... like how is it my fault YOU messed MY nails up?! She didn't even do a good job fixing them they still don't look good for what I paid...I'm very disappointed I won't be going there anymore. And if you ever go there stay away from the Male nail artist he is very aggressive when he does your nails. Doesn't care if he hurts you or not he's rude too.

The staff was really nice and was a great environment. I went for a acrylic nail removal and my hands were left nice and freshly trimmed. The waiting chairs though are super uncomfortable and the space is really small.

Always a great experience here fun friendly professional s at a great deal! My sunflower design makes me smile while I work Lily is a master artist at nails!
