The staff demonstrated high quality experience and expertise in nail care. I'll definitely recommend this place for men nail care. They incorporated a few basic massage techniques during the process of pedi & mani that says "wow!".. The price is great. Parking is satisfactory. Clean and amicable environment. And, yes, I'll visit again..💯😊💕

Convenient location. Price is freat, but the do can be a bit more professionally done. A tip shouldn't come loose after three days and nail polish especially gel, should last more than a day or two. This was my experience more than once.

NEVER EVER had a problem here and never waited for too long! I'm 18 and i'm very impatient and let me tell you I never wait no longer than 10-15 minutes. The salon is nice and clean, comfortable. They have the best messaging chairs when you get your pedi. I never gotten a pedi until yesterday and I am feeling my toes now! Lol! They do an amazing job with acrylics and gel mani's. Also, for the waxing, phenomenal job! I have very stubborn hair and they got pretty much all of it! My favorite is Tiffany! I love her so much and she makes me feel right at home! She compliments me and makes sure I'm satisfied! Thank you guys for everything that you do! I did my full legs and all that. Costed about $60 including gel mani and pedi but it's so worth it!!! The only nail salon I will go to!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I went there yesterday.... sorta just stumbled in because it's in my neighborhood. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes for a fill in. I explained to the nail tech.... that it was my real nail.... she broke 2 😩😩 ..... and did a crappie job on filling the rest ..... IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! DO NOT GO HERE! This was the WORST experience I've ever had in my life. I've been coming to this nail salon for quite some time and the quality was NEVER amazing but satisfying and cheap. With most places like this there is usually a language barrier.. so you find yourself relying on the owner of the shop to communicate your wants. Before I proceeded to get my nails done I asked the owner (Tracy) about two colors. I decided on the color she described as "peachy" .. the male who did my nails began to shape... my nails grow beautiful, healthy, long and square. I tell him it's okay to cut them but keep square .. he ultimately ruins the shape!!!! which is where things went wrong first. I allow him to proceed because they will grow back and I'm an easy person to satisfy.. I also understood that he didn't understand me very well.. we move on to the ANC color I'm using.. because it's based on a clear plastic nail it's hard to see how the color will be against YOUR skin complexion .. (just like lipstick for example) .. it looked like a dead sparkly color and nothing peachy about it. I was so displeased with the overall result.. NOT TO MENTION, There was a black particle stuck in the powder on the nail not making the situation any better. I was unsatisfied with the results but asked if he could just fix the one nail and I would have let things be. He called over Tracy's husband.. they both conversed in their language about me I'm sure and later tried to convince me it was a sparkle .. please keep in mind that the sparkles are gold and silver NOTHING should have been black .. At this point im not happy and neither is the guy who's doing my nails ... the work was getting sloppier by the second ... and because they were so off putting I decided to ask Tracy to remove them please .. she told me there's a no refund policy. (Which was alright by me) (another sidebar: I already paid) She asked me if I would like them to be done over .. because it was already 7:15pm I said no thank you .. (plus it's Memorial Day and I have a life! ...kinda) I said maybe just a clear coat... Another girl soaked my nails off. After she finished, I asked Tracy would it be alright if I return tomorrow to fix. Immediately she was upset, busy getting her lashes done and completely unconcerned with my dissatisfaction. She raises her tone at me and said "ITS NO REFUND! I ASK YOU WHAT YOU WANT YOU SAY CLEAR COAT OR SOMETHING! WE PAY WORKER 15 DOLLAR FOR THEIR HOUR DO YOUR NAILS (I'm sure she meant "doing your nails") SO YOU DONT LIKE COLOR, YOU PAY 15 MORE TO FIX TOMORROW"; let me just tell you all .. I was completely SHOCKED that she spoke to me that way.. again, I repeat I never wanted a refund. I wanted to fix the nails but at a later date with a different person who understood my wants, and cared about the results. I then said to Tracy, this is insane. I won't pay in addition to what I already paid! And for you to think that a person will just be alright with paying for a service and no satisfying results your clearly mistaken. The reason why I never wanted a refund, or them fixed in that moment was because I was sure that customer service was an important factor of running a business! Tracy, still speaking to me as if she's talking to someone beneath her and not a paying consumer, said "I GIVE YOU $15 dollar. SITUATION DONE" ... then, instructed her husband to just give me back $15 dollars back (no, thats not what I paid.. it was half of that) but I accepted because I knew for sure at that point I would NEVER return to this place. Again, I could NOT believe that she was speaking to me this way. I said "wow Tracy. This is extremely bad customer service" and she said "Yeah ok. You say what ever at this point" ...... as if I was doing this to be pain, or for the money back... just wow .. I never felt so unappreciated as a customer. Moral of this story, DO NOT GO HERE! Or anywhere that doesn't value as a customer! Support businesses that value you!! There are places that will cost you more money or even less money that WILL care
