Julia was amazing! We came for my boyfriends birthday and had so much fun! It’s a bit pricey and I wish there was a visible clock in the room counting down but other than that. It was an amazing experience. We had a walk in and had to wait 50 minutes for our room and Julia made it fun! She’s so energized and sweet. :)

This place has good customer service and a clean, solid feel to their puzzles.
If I could suggest improvements, it would be to the timer system: have a clock visible in your rooms showing the time remaining in the puzzles, and maybe the amount of clues you have left as well. You could also include an intercom system that announces the remaining time at the 10, 5, and 1 minute marks or something.

Had a great experience, I played "The Facility" and got out at 59 minutes, it was really fun. I do think it was tiny bit pricey, but I will visit agian to try different theme. Staff was very nice, too.

This is my second time here. Let me preface that the staff is super helpful and friendly, nothing against them whatsoever. However, the rooms in my opinion are just a bit lacking. I have gone to several other escape rooms and in comparison these rooms are frankly a bit "boring". If you like rooms with just a bunch of traditional combination locks, then this is the place for you. The prices also are a bit high considering the quality of room you are getting.
