The staff was very friendly and did a great job! I took my 10 y/o and my sister to get nails done. My kiddo got her nails done and a Pedi. We love their work and the attention they gave us. My child was traumatized by Perfect 10 in Smithfield, but this place was very kind and compassionate towards her! They were patient and took their time to make us happy! THANK YOU!

I normally do not post reviews, however the service we received yesterday warrants one. We came in as a preplanned group of 6 kids and their moms for a birthday party. Some of the staff was welcoming and polite, some made us feel unwelcome and like we were the problem. The started the wrong service on my 11 year old and once corrected the man who was doing my daughters nails then grabbed her hands very roughly and did a horrible job. We all purchased the gel nails, however within an hour they were chipping and coming off. They overcharged us and had horrible overall service, we will continue to stick to our regular salon even though they are not open on Saturdays. This was a waste of our time and money.

Two nails broke in a little over a week. The black nail looked like the one I woke up too this morning. Thank goodness for press on nails to get me thru this work week. This is what I get for not wanting to wait on my regular shop. I should have known something was not right when all the mail techs were sitting on the couches waiting for business. $50 and $55 for my mini me and hers all broke days before mine.

This past week, my granddaughter had to have her gel nails soaked off. I was unable to go with her so my daughter wrote instructions on what she wanted and my husband went with her. She said to SOAK off the gel polish and do a manicure with clear polish. However, that is not what they did. They used a Dremel to drill the polish off and did absolutely no manicure. Then they charged my husband $33 for this! Proof is in the pictures. I have been going here for years and have sent many family members there but we are done. I called up there but very little was said about it. They used to be very customer friendly but it has changed.

Absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming now for a year and the people are so kind. I love getting my nails done here and I love how they look after!
