I called to see if they had my color foundation in stock. While they didn't have it, Abby, recommended that I order it online to ensure I get the color that's best for my complexion. She also helped me figure out which eye shadow is a pale matte pink. Based on my foundation color and description I gave her she helped me find, what looks like, a great shade of blush. Abby went above and beyond. She spent a long time on the phone helping me. I was really impressed that she was more concerned that I get the correct color products, even from the website, as opposed to making a sell at the store. Now that's customer service!

Their facials are not good.
Paid 85 for a facial thinking it was better than the 55 one
Had to tell the lady to do the black head extraction after I clearly told the receptionist that was I needed when I made the appointment.
It was my first time here so I was specific what I wanted
I guess there was no communication between the receptionist and the lady who did the facial. So did the black head extractions till the very end when I mentioned it.
I did come in with one layer of foundation as well and I let her know I had a bit of makeup on ..
She said don't worry I'm doing a "double cleanse"
When I got to my car and looked in the mirror ... yea there was alot of foundation on still.

Went in for some foundation. I'm a mature customer so many wrinkles. The young lady that helped me knew the exact color and type for me. Love the result

See Ashley for the best brows ever! Their make-up supply is always fully stocked too. So nice to have such a great selection!

Very sloppy bikini wax- missed about 15 hairs which I didn’t see until I got home. Stinks to pay $40 for a wax just to come home and clean up the missed spots. Plus, non of the employees wore masks, which I thought that was a requirement. I won’t return.
