Never again will I stop here. Poorly done pedicure. Very dissatisfied with the process. Will not recommend them to anyone ever. If anyone ask if this is a good mail shop....NOT STAY AWAY....RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN

My daughter and I went for the SPA treatment but it was the quickest job I have ever had done. It seemed they just wanted to finish. We had both manicure and pedicure and there was not massage except from the chair.
They don't really clean under your nails since the pedicure is so superficial. There was a lot of talking between them. We definitely got what we paid for. A cheap quick pedicure! I will never go back.

I have been going to Nail spa 2 for years. They do a great job and are never rude despite attitude they may receive from their customers.

No star for this place its the worst . I went in the evening just wanted a fill in with my real nails. I don't know her name but she cut all my original nails after I ask her not to, then I told her to do a new set because she mess those up. While filling my nails she was ruff and showed no kindness. Then I ask her to cut them in a coffin shape and she wanted to charge me 5 dollars extra. I told her " Are you crazy NO" then she kept on doing my nails. Tried to charge for it after I told her NO. I didn't pay for it . I told the manager that i was only going to pay for my gel nails. I wanted another technician to paint my nails. Then I left very upset. I will NEVER come here again.

I so give it a negative.. I swear 3 minute pedicure didn't even do nothing... never again.... 18 dollars for 3 minutes is ridiculous and I'm literally serious it took me more time uploading my complaint than what she did on my pedi... I don't expect no miracle but at least 10 minutes of scrubbing them would of had me contempt. So mad
