Amazing pedicure, so I paid for a 15 minute Massage. The lady got upset & started talking **** in her language, cause her nails were digging into the bottom of my feet. & they used ice cold water for the gel manicure, & cleaned under my nails with the blade part of the cuticle cutter....then shaking the hell outa my hand to relax, when it was like a pointy knife under my nails.

Love the customer service and environment. Price is very affordable and the work is durable. Definitely recommend to anyone. Gel lasts about a month and that's hard to find in most places. Manis and pesos are the best! Always come with a hot lotion massage and hot towel soak off. I just love it and am very happy with them.

Consistently great service & results. Not just great pricing, but a true value, since nails are always done perfectly ... Over the past 14 years!

I thought all nail salons offered the same customer service, but I was wrong with this salon. First I asked for pink & whites and was told I could do white tips or white acrylic, so I choose white tips. I didn't really understand why there was a price difference until after my nails were done, the manicurist Julie told did white tips with clear acrylic which was not what I asked for. Also she put the acrylic on really thick, so within a couple days as my nails grew out, there were high edges near my cuticles that started to catch on everything, so much so that my thumb nail was pulled off. I went back to the salon to let her know what was happening and also to mention that I didn't want the clear acrylic, right away she started to argue with me saying that they gave me what I asked for and then fixed my thumb nail. Instead of fixing the other nails that were lifting, all she did was file them a little to cut down the sharp edges and put a coat of clear polish over them. Again I told her that's not what I wanted, she said she cannot do a fill for another week, I told her by then my nails would all be lifting off and fall off, she continued to argue with me saying there was nothing she could do. So I asked to speak to the owner she said the owner would be there the next day and I needed to come back then. When I couldn't make it Thursday, I went in to see if the owner was there again I had to deal with Julie, who said the owner was out of town and I had to come back in a week and there was no way to get a hold of her, I asked if there was a manager, she pointed to another lady working on someone and said she was the manager. That lady just kept her head down and wouldn't even acknowledge that there was a problem. This has never been my experience at any nail salon I have been to in the past and I an deeply disappointed in this one and the fact that none of the manicurist there valued the customer relationship enough to step in and fix my nails. I typically don't write reviews on businesses, but this time was just too wrong not to say anything. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone and hope they don't get any positive reviews until they change their staff and how they treat their customers.
