Like many, I didn't like the customer service. The gentleman has more customer service skills than all of the women. My nails were mediocre. I paid 89 for a spa pedicure/manicure. Nothing about the experience was spa-like. No massages etc. I only saw one customer get a massage and she did not look like the rest of us, if you know what I mean. I didn't see any cleaning of tools with anything besides water. The woman shoved the chair back when it was time for my brow wax. No asking how I wanted them or anything. I only gave 3 stars because I loved my eyebrows and that's hard to find. But not enough to make me return for anything other than a wax.
Update: 2 days later my nails looked horrible. Even if you don't get gel, your nails should last more than 2 days especially, since they had me sitting waiting for them to dry for 45 min... while I waited for my eyebrows to be waxes.

This place is AMAZING!!!! I would highly recommend it. As soon as my Husband and I walked through the door we were serviced. 2 beautiful ladies worked on my husband and 2 beautiful ladies worked on myself. Tammy was my nail tech for my hands and she was super sweet and funny. She also made sure everything was to my liking. If you're reading this and wondering if you should go here. I would say ABSOLUTELY!!!! This was money well spent.

I feelas though they do awesome work we just need better customer service. Best lash techs ever. They are just not genuinely nice enough for me

I’ve tried a few salons in the area and this one is by far the best! They do a fantastic job every time. My nail technician this time was Tina and she was so careful and meticulous.

My first time coming here was too good to be true. I think I'm in 💕 love lol. I absolutely loved everything. I got a pedicure, an old set removed then an overlay, eyebrow wax and chin wax... They are really nice in there and really listen to what you want. I will be going back!!!!!
