Loveeee them! Jenn is the best and I can’t wait to go back! I literally am coming from Fredericksburg area to get my hair treated and maybe I will get it cut next. Little back story: I got my hair bleached and turned platinum after a year of hair treatments making sure my hair could handle such things. My hair was perfect at one point. then boom I got back to my regular stylist and said I wanted a root touch up and instead she gave me highlights. 😡All of my hair was ruined and now severely damaged. I’m not saying she was a bad stylist but I wish I had spoken up when I realized she was doing more than what I asked. So, I went to modern concepts and jenn hooked me up! She treated my hair like it was her own. I am blessed to know that these people care so much and not to mention the front were so fricking awesome they definitely need a raise or something. Seriously I have met some front desk associates in the past and dude can they care less about their job but not here! I’m just glad they know what they are doing and care about people! Irene is a very talented stylist. She listens attentively and has given me exactly what I asked for both times I have seen her. She is fun to chat with during the appt and I left feeling beautiful. Couldn't ask for anything more!

Caitlyn fixed a hair disaster from another salon! I'm very happy, will certainly go back on a regular basis :)
