Excited Great Job Hair Cut. Manny

Time: Sep/02/2018 (4 months ago)
The lady with blonde strip cut my hair and it’s the worst hair cut I ever received. Her layering is like five year old chopped my hair, no transition, and she cut all my highlights out. I spent 200 on highlight! The front bin is very heavy and like a disaster blob hanging there. Now I can only wait at least 2 weeks to another salon and spent all the money again to fix my hair. I have very straight and fine hair - every cut shows. Maybe she can get along with her poor cutting skill for curly and heavy hair, but with fine straight hair, I would say avoid at all cost . Not to mention she is very rude the whole time

Jamie did my highlights and she's been doing it for almost 2 yrs. She's the best! Always get great compliments and I love the way she does my hair too. She cut my hair too.

The ladies were all very nice but as soon as I sat down I was immediately uncomfortable. There were bits of other nails just laying at the workstation. And the tools still had other people's cuticles in them. When she got started removing the old gel I felt like she was going to tear off pieces of my nail because she was scratching so hard. Then she basically filed my nails so now they're paper thin. I kind of gave up trying to get a good experience here because I just wanted to leave. I considered walking out a couple times but the technitions were all nice enough and it was supposed to be a mother daughter day so I didn't want to ruin it. She brought out water to let my nails soak in which was cold and the dish was dirty and then she proceeded to clean off the old cuticles from her tools in the water. Completely unsanitary. When she finally started painting my nails with the gel, it was bubbly, crooked, she missed half my nail and there were rough spots all over. She also left my nails under the uv light forever claiming they were still "wet" which I've never seen someone else do. I doubt this is even real gel polish. Result, I'm never coming here again. I don't think I can even get my nails redone at this point because they're so thin I may just have to let them grow out. Please don't put yourself through this.
