I never do reviews only if I really had a bad experience. Never have I ever experienced such rude and disrespectful employees in my life at a nail salon. I just moved to the area and someone suggested to my mom that we try this nail salon. So we drove to the salon it was empty nobody was waiting just two ladies in a chair getting their nails done. Anyways we walked in and the employees just stared at us as if we were aliens they did not greet us or say anything. Which made us feel out of place and as if we were disturbing them. We asked them for two full sets and he literally told us “NO NOT TODAY” meanwhile there was nobody waiting and it was not crowded at all. The point is why chase customers away and why be so disrespectful he could of at least said we are busy today sorry come back and reserve another day for us instead of telling us NO and making us feel like we didn’t matter. That is not how you treat your paying customers never again will I go there!!!!!

When I walked in the salon the man looked at me as if he was about to ask me what am I getting like normal nail shops do, I immediately advise that I wanted a full set. He cut me off and said we only do appointments. I advised that I am out of town and he just looked at me. Horrible customer service. I will never recommend this place due to the bad customer service. Horrible!

The most accommodating nail salon I have ever been to. It is small and cash only, but they give you the most attention to detail you can expect in a nail salon. I highly recommend and since I’ve began coming in July 2017 I won’t go anywhere else!

They are amazing and consistent with their work. Lynn is awesome! I definitely recommend this nail salon. I have tried a few and this one is by far the best in the Danbury, Bethel area.
