They had an awesome sale for the labor holiday I think it should have continued to the end of that week. I would have spend more money and would have calls some friends that I know they like Jcpenney.

we went to the JCPenney at Hialeah Florida and went for a family portrait shoot. The staff was friendly and we had a very nice time. The pictures look very nice professional and we had a great time

Terrible customer service. We went there for the advertised sale once we found the items they told us that two of the items were not for sale because of a mistake on the price, did not apply the discount of 15% and told me to make the line again for another cashier to apply the discount. I ask for the manager for the cashier to redo the order.

Great sales and easy to navigate through the store. I met one friendly customer service person, but the other ones had attitudes like they didn't want to be there. Also the fitting room needs to be renovated badly.

Here it is I was just a JCPenney shopping yesterday and my tracking and pick it up JCPenney had a great sale I went to the clearance rack and it feels right and whatever else I found a few things for my grandchildren my son my goddaughter suraiya and your other things I love JC Penney I love a critical life is good with credit card sometimes take a little time and enjoy life don't let life enjoy you you would get old before you know it enjoy it and you'll always Young I'm gorgeous once again it's a trucker tracking you down
