I had two great pedicures here so I was expecting the same. I inquired about gel polish, since I had never done that on my toes, and was told sure no problem. He ran the water as normal but then preceded to trim my nails, file and paint them all BEFORE my feet ever hit the water! I should have said something but I was thinking (even though I should know better) maybe this is the procedure for gel on toes. I have since spoken to several friends who have done gel pedicures and it was always done as usual at the end after all cleansing and buffing was completed. The rest was fine but really short, I was in and out in under 30 min and that included a polish repair on a finger nail. I was very disappointed.

Upstate Nails is the best nail salon in CNY 💅🏼
I’m so impressed with their service and attention to detail. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. It’s clean and cozy and very inviting. For as long as I live in the Syracuse area, I’ll be their customer.
