I waited a while to create this review, however here it is. I’ve been coming to this salon 4 times already. The first time I was in and out and didn’t truly care for the experience. However, times after that, my experience was mediocre. I wouldn’t say my presence was valued. My overall experience was either rushed or forced. Great place for women who don’t look like me. However, if you are a woman of melanin, I’d suggest another place. I’d suggest you find a much better place and lock it down. If you are wondering why I went back, I’d say hope.
But NOPE.
Side bar: Statistically, we spend the money on “beauty” and here we are being treated the worst. America.

I have loved going to Top Art off and on for two years. I now go every two weeks to maintain my gel manicure and I love it! Moon and staff are incredibly welcoming, professional, and skilled. I can't recommend it enough.

Moon, Thera, and Tracy are awesome. They treat you like family every time. Highly recommend!

Amazing liquid gel! These were done 10 days ago! I usually get Moon or Angela and their customer service is wonderful!

Sarah does an excellent job with pedicures. She should be your go to person if you actually want to not have great looking feet, buy great feeling feet. Her massages are AWESOME!
