Wonderful Customer Service. Kim is the best.The first time I visited, they were the only salon open in the area. Kim's customer service was so great I went back for a different service the next day. Went in for a massage. Paid 1 hour 60bucks, she started at 7:00pm, at 7:16pm a customer walked in, she stopped doing what she was doing, took at least 4 minutes to accommodate new customer, by 7:35pm she stopped massaging me, saying I was all set. I asked why, I paid for 1 full hour !! She replied: it's been 45 minutes and she needs the last 15 minutes to clean and reorganize the room. Waoo what a steal. Told me not to come back because I mentioned the time to her. Wao. Dont go here she will try to make you pay more for other things and she will cheat with the time.
