I went to Ran Nails for the first time last night for a UV Gel refill and was so surprised by how perfect my nails came out. Seriously, I am always so fussy and I give this place 11/10. Lucky was my nail tech and she was AMAZING!! Highly recommend - but definitely call for an appointment first. Busy salon, but this is a good thing. It tells me they are the best in the area :)

I have gone here for a number of years and never really felt like my business was appreciated. The massages are the only thing that keeps me coming back. The massage ladies are awesome. My complaint: I have always asked that they not use nail polish remover tool as it ruins your nails. Instead of just agreeing with me and removing my gel nail polish by soaking, they act bothered that they have to file instead of using the machine and they then consistently try to upsell me to get fake UV gel nails for $80 so they can use the spin machine in the future without ruining my nails! I have given them the benefit of the doubt, but today was the last straw. I will not be going back..

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. These people will rob you. They have no idea how to do nails!!! Very disappointed in this place. Will not recommend at all. Everybody was rude not friendly. Charging high prices but don’t even have ac. Get outta here. HORRIBLE!!!

I went in last minute before my open house and Amber was able to get me in and out in 30 minutes for a gel manicure that looks absolutely phenomenal. I also love the fact that they open at 9:30 most other places open later than that on a Sunday if they are even open at all. This was my first time here and I will definitely be going back!
