I've been to this nail salon 3x because I live in the area...the 1st time the lady didn't say hello just have a seat but greeted 2 other patrons who happen to be white immediately after me. The 2nd time I went on my lunch break after calling for an appointment and I was there for 90 minutes for a basic pedicure then had come back after work for another hour because the "Essie" polish was peeling. 3x they overcharged me and when I said that's not what I asked for the clerk went to get "backup: then stood in the entry way aggressively trying to argue in front of other customers. DO NOT PATRON this establishment if you want to be treated like a paying customer and have your polish last more than 4 hours.

Highly recommend this salon! Ping is amazing. My nails look fantastic and really last!

I have been to this salon about 4 times and the first 3 were really great. Today's trip was not. I came in to get a set of acrylics just to add length to my nails as my natural nails are splitting and chipping. I do my own gel nails and have done so for the past 8 years, I just needed some length. I should not have told the girl who did them that I was getting gel elsewhere because she did an atrocious job. She didnt seem to care about the actual application process as they were chunky and totally uneven. On top of that she was not very nice. I tried to engage in conversation but she wasn't having it. 30 minutes of near silence while I watched her demolish my nails. When they were done they were much too thick and parts of the acrylic were sticking to my skin. Rather than having her fix them and endure another 20 minutes of awkward silence I just left. I spent 20 minutes at home trying to make them look at least presentable, needing to pull apart the places where it was attached to my skin. I doubt these will last me even a week as they are already starting to lift. What a waste of time and money. I will not be back here any time soon, and that's a bummer because my other experiences here were good, and the atmosphere is lovely.
UPDATE: It is now 7:30 PM, I got my nails done at noon. 2 acrylics have popped off. There is zero damage done to my natural nail and the popped off quite easily, so I know it was a case of the acrylic just not being applied correctly. I will be calling tomorrow to get my money back.

Everyone was very friendly in the studio. I had a pedicure and it was enjoyable and my toes look great. Everything was clean and instruments were sterilized.
