Sonia is amazing. She leaves you feeling incredibly relaxed and feeling like jelly. I'm never sore the next day like some massage therapists make me feel. Sonia knows what she is doing!

Can I give just half of one star??? This place is a joke. Spend your money at Massage Envy or Aria Spa. You’ll get better services there. Smh.

I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the owner of this spa. I paid for a body massage for someone dear to my heart, only to find out she opted to offer her a "spa pedicure" instead and had the audacity to consider it of greater value than the massage. I have been a paying customer for the past 3 years....and am normally treated better. But now thinking back, I was more so only dealing with her previous massage therapists, not the owner. And now that she barely has enough therapists to keep her afloat (which after attempting to "reason" with her--I COMPLETELY understand why), her "spa services" are not up to par. I have purchased gift cards for someone with breast cancer, someone with clots in her legs, and a few who just needed a nice little break. And when I voiced to the owner my concern, she brushed me off and refused to entertain the thought of refunding me --especially since this recent policy change. Her tone changed only when she found out who my mother was. Ridiculous. Or perhaps she noticed I was recording the conversation! The point is, when I agreed to purchase the gift card, it was under a different policy. One of which massages were actually being offered on SATURDAYS. Now, they are not. Any other massage locations would have contracted a massage therapist for SATURDAYS!!! Perhaps she just doesn't have the funds. Which makes even more sense. There's no telling who all you have cheated out of their money to keep your bills paid. Thanks for nothing. Sent from my iPhone

My husband bought me a gift certificate while he was deployed. I was unable to use it until he returned because i was pregnant and had another child to look after. Once I finally had time to use it (still within the year before it expired) I found out they no longer honor the certificate for massages and all other services would have to be done during the week. I was never even able to use the certificate. Very disappointing.

I received a mother's day gift package of massage and spa pedicure at PhBody Spa. The massage was great. It was a full hour and Sonia was pleasant and professional. Definitely recommend, especially for $45--excellent deal. The pedicure was somewhat disappointing. The spa is at the back of a clothing store, which I had not realized before arriving for my appointment. The massage rooms are in a separate area all the way in the back of the building, so that's fine, but the manicure stations (2, I believe) and pedicure chairs (again, only 2) are separated from people shopping for clothes by only a low partition wall. So I could see them the whole time, and they could see me. It's not a huge deal, but it didn't feel like a spa experience. They do charge spa price--$50 for the pedicure--and for that I expect a bit more than you get from a strip mall nail corral, but I didn't feel extra pampered at all. The pedicurist was friendly, but she left me soaking for a long time at the start, until the water got cold. Same thing with the hot towels--she wrapped me and then went over to chat with the other people in the small area (which was noisy) while the towels went cold. I assumed, with an hour, there would be a short foot massage as well, but no. In essence, the pedicure lasts an hour, not because it's an hour's worth of attention, but because there's so much dead time, during which you get to watch people shop and listen to people talk. I'm not angry or anything, but I won't do it again and can't really recommend it. I've had more thorough attentive service for $25 at strip salons. The end result looked nice, so no problem there. The service just felt half hearted.
