I have been coming here for 7 years now and have never been let down!! They always do a great job and offer so many services at great prices! I always bring in photos of crazy designs I like and they always make it look better than the photos! They offer complimentary drinks and coffee and have a huge selection of colors and no chips! They are also very friendly and welcoming, I would highly recommend to everyone!!!!

This was the first time I have ever been there. It was recommended by a friend. A middle-aged gentleman did my nails, I asked for a French manicure with glitter along the edges. He finished my manicure in about 15 minutes and soaking in water for about 30 seconds. There was no hands massage other than him rubbing my arms for about 15 seconds each. He completely rushed me through. My tips were a little smudged and the glitter line is not really along the white of my nails either. They don’t look bad, but they could be better. He completely rushed me through. Electronic item he used to bust my nails and all that came from his drawer and you could tell it had not been cleaned.
I then had a younger gentleman do my toes and he did a phenomenal job. I would’ve given him a five There are many many nail techs working there and I didn’t see a single license for any of them hanging on the wall. Some of the people look working there looks like there about 15. I will go back again but I will not use the guy who did my fingers.

Not very personalized at all today. Went for a manicure/pedicure . Receptionist signed me to a gentleman for the manicure . It was the fastest manicure I've ever had and not overly thorough . He barely said anything the whole time . He then moved me to a pedicure chair and walked away . After sitting there patiently for about 20 minutes I asked if someone could at least get the water going for me . Turned out no one was assigned my pedicure . Then there was the chaos of them finishing someone willing to do my feet. The gentleman that did the pedicure was nice enough although I didn't catch his name. No discount for the trouble and the gentleman that was up front was annoyed that he had to ring me up as the guys that had done my nails were busy and the receptionist was folding towels .
I've been there a few years ago and service was good but this really had me questioning if I'll ever go back .

My Fiancee was getting a massage and noticed the nail spa very close. She mentioned she would like to get her nails done after her massage so I walked over. They were able to fit her in right after the massage. Nice and clean inside.

absolutely don’t recommend. I went there today for a full set and my nails turned out terribly. I asked for coffin shape and they not only upcharged me for it but they aren’t flat they’re lumpy and don’t even look like coffin. the nail technician repeatedly kept messing around with his friend and ripped my cuticles up. I left the place with my nails bleeding. very pricey as well. not happy with the results. my nails are burning and my nails aren’t even shaped correctly. if I could give this place zero stars I would. Never coming back again.
