Very warm, friendly and professional atmosphere. They are artisans and the take their time to do an outstanding job; somewhat different from many nail and pedi-salons. I appreciate the apprenticeship program they support.

We accidently went to the wrong nail place and were horrified when we made the discovery. As soon as we were done with the other place - which was an awful experience - we immediately went in search of Beautifully Polished, which was extremely difficult to find. We went in and, groveling, apologized profusely. We then asked if we could book appointments because we hated what we got at the other place. We were told they were booked. We asked about the next day and got told they were booked for the weekend. The gal at the desk never acknowledged our apology. She just stared at us and told us we had to pay the no show fee - 100% of our appt fee. She was condescending and rude. That's what we got for making the effort to find them and to apologize.

I have had my nails done at many places, but Kerry at Beautifully Polished is the best. Manicures and pedicures I have received from her are flawless, and last longer than any other nail service I have received. Kerry is a wonderful person with a wickedly funny and frank sense of humor, and I always feel welcome and relaxed when I go to the salon for some "me" time. I have also had my makeup done by Kerry - the makeup was beautifully done and and very comfortable - it lasted perfectly all day with no oiliness - even though I have really oily skin. I highly recommend Beautifully Polished.
