Eva has been doing my nails and tattooing my eyebrows for more than six years now - she is the absolute best!!! Ken is also top notch with manis and pedis! I won’t go anywhere else. Ever. Literally.

Been a few times to this salon and never raved about it but was always a good last minute option until this last trip. Both pictures are from leaving the salon and driving home. Quality of nail polish and machines is super low and I question the training of the staff there. My entire thumb peeled off by the time I got home and I have multiple bloody cuticles from poor cutting. It’s unfortunate there are not many good, quick or reasonable nail places in Miami. Off to the next one.

My first experience at this place was great - nice staff men and women and the woman who owns the place, was very polite. I came back two more times. The third time was VERY BAD and I dealt with the man who also owns the place (husband to the nice woman) and boy was he a bully! He is pushy, aggressive and slimy. He was way too familiar. He insisted on doing my manicure though I was happy to wait for one of the women or other guys and I said I would wait, but he seemed irritated and forced himself instead. He grabbed my hand and started applying the polish. I did not like the color but he was in a bad mood and I felt afraid of him. Not what you expect in a place you get your nails done???! Then he goes on and on about himself and when I spoke up, he just kept shooting me down. Made me think - I am paying money for this??? I went to another salon the next day and got it removed. Have not been in since. That guy is always around on the street too, unfortunately you can’t get rid of him.

The barber shop in-charge was very knowledgeable person. Excellent Customer Service!

I live in the apartments above icon nails and just moved to the area so figured I’d give this place a try. I am very disappointed as after not even a week, one of my nails has chipped and broken. I paid extra for the sns dip as it’s supposed to last 3-4 weeks. Obviously that is not the case. Not happy!!
