$110 for two gel pedicures!!!! Even though the book we were handed to choose from said $35 but nothing about the gel polish being $20 more and the technician never said anything about the price before doing our toes. This was our second time going there, first time there were three of us and the bill was less even though we got two gel pedicures and one gel manicure during that visit. Really liked this place until tonight. Will not return!

The male nail technician did a good job on my manicure, but completely ignored my wishes on my nail art for my pedicure. He ended up slapping glittery nail polish over my base color instead of doing the design I wanted. So disappointed that he said he understood and then completely ruined my pedicure. I will not be coming back.

Diane’s loyal customer for 6+years! She is simply the best for pedicures, gel manicures, and eyebrow waxing. Very proud of her now as small business owner. Always responsive by text, and graciously comes in early/stays late when I’m in a pinch. She and her team go above and beyond in service! Strongly recommend not just for an appointment, but a relationship with a great beauty maintenance team.

I wish I could give this salon zero stars. I went to this salon last weekend when I was in town with my girlfriends. We had an 11 am appointment. After waiting for 40 minutes, three pedicure chairs were available. My friends pedicures started right away, while I waited in the chair for ANOTHER 20 minutes. The massage chair was broken. The water was now cold. And my friends are almost half way done. I asked how much longer it would be, to which they responded by having a guy start on my toes. He had NO IDEA what he was doing and took at least 3 minutes trying to get the gloves on. I asked what was going on and they explained that he would work on my toes until the other pedicurist was available. Thankfully about 5 mins later, the other guy came over. He because cutting my toe nails and ended up breaking the skin in TWO different places. The rest of the pedicure was rushed and uneventful. Fast forward two days, I can see that my toe is infected. I called the salon and asked to speak with the manager. Diane explained that she knew who had done my toes and that she “knew he wasn’t good.” She offered to have me come back for a free pedicure. First, I live an hour away. And Secondly, WHY would I go back to a place that had cut me?? We go back and forth as I asked for a refund. She said she would not do that because I had paid with a gift certificate. I did pay $25 with the gift certificate and then another $15 for the pedicure package I had selected. When I explained that to her, she said that I was wrong and I had only paid $25 With the gift card. When I offered to send her a copy of my receipt, she changed her tactic explaining that she would give me store credit for the $15. Again. No. Not acceptable. She said she would have the manager call me. No call. I followed up another 3 times, and no response. So disappointing. Save yourself the time and money and go anywhere else.

Unsanitary!!! I witnessed the younger male nail tech use the same equipment on multiple customers without SANITIZING! They have an entire wall of cleaning equipment, but clearly it's just for show. They reuse nail files and pumice stones to the point they look run down and they too weren't probably sanitized. They only "spray" the pedicure bowl and quickly rinse - no liners, no brush. They charge different customers different rates although their pricing chart clearly outlines the pricing. Although they are nice, sanitation and fair/quality service practices key! I was completely grossed out. They are a walking violation.
