I actually had a wonderful experience here. In fact, I’m writing this on my way home from the salon. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the man who did my nails, but he was very friendly and did a great job. Everyone was very welcoming and the 2 women I was with love their nails as well. They got fill ins and I got a full set. This was the easiest and nicest set I’ve ever gotten. I will be returning.

Very unhappy. On some of my nails the tip isn't the correct size, almost all of them the acrylic doesn't cover my whole nail, and the polish is even worse.

I started going here two months ago. Everything, i had assumed, had gone well until my last visit. Instead of getting a solid paint i got french tips and you can see all the lines from when they gave me a fill in. My lines were not straight, and a week later the acrylic has started peeling off. To top it off, this company stole money from me. I always have paid in cash, and i always tip. This time i paid with a card and didn't tip simply because she hurt my hands repeatedly and did a bad job. when i reviewed my credit card statement i saw that she had added another $5 to what i signed and agreed to pay. That $5 isnt a big deal to me, but stealing is unacceptable. I will never go back.

I wasn't plessed at the end results with my gel nails, the top coat was put on to thick and after the drying process the gel visible where it had ran off the nail onto my skin. The tech tired to cut it and peel it off from around my nail. (didnt work ) i went home and removed the extra gel best i could. They need more professional help and recognize when the work they have done is not quality work and make it rightwith the client.

I've been going to this salon for a few years here and there. This last time was probably the worst experience I have had to date and that made me very sad because I genuinely did like the people. It took about 30 minutes from my pedicure being completed to get a full set put on. I showed up as a walk-in about 2 hours before closing time. While getting my nails put on I noticed the person doing my nails wasn't particularly concerned about detail. They didn't cut or file my natural nails, never did anything with my cuticles, and didn't make my natural nails abrasive enough for the acrylic to stick properly. When they started to put the french tips on, the glue wasn't working right, so it took quite a few times for it to stick. Once they began to apply the acrylic gel they missed some parts close to the edges, and some of my nails were not properly shaped. The entire time the technician was talking about going home and being ready to leave, which made me feel like I was being a burden, rather than a welcomed customer. Hoping that they would redeem themselves by sanding the acrylic down and smoothing it once it dried, I did my best to relax. By the end of the experience they didn't look too bad, so I was pleased enough to still leave the technician a $20 tip out of kindness. It's been about a week and a half since I got them done, and ALL of the acrylic is coming up around the edges, and one nail has already popped clean off. I hate to say it, but I can't see myself going back after spending the money I did for that kind of experience and outcome.
