This was ridiculous! We walked in an hour before closing when we just wanted simple gel. We called before hand as well to let them know! We got there and they said we are done for the night, AFTER THEY SAID OKAY. Disappointed

Extremely horrible service. My self and a couple started our pedicures at the same time. Mines was done in about 5 mins. I asked if she could scrub my feet the lady refused she was incredibly lazy and tried to embarrass me by telling her boss I did not want to pay. Which was not true I just asked for better service. It’s crowded in this salon and the lady who refused to do a better job opened a bottle of product and used the plastic part from the inside of bottle and rub across my toes then put it back to use on someone else. I stop going here for a while because of the bad reviews but I will NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN

Not good.., got there was told 30min.wait went back and they was acting like I wasn't even there. I waited for a while, then I left took my business elsewhere. Nika at universal nails is the BEST! #mynewnailtech

The owner is very rude, he never speaks and get an attitude when asking a question about prices and services, I am one of many customers spending my money that is helping to keep their salon in business so I have every right to ask as many questions that I feel is necessary! My last visit there was for a balance I waited for over an hour. The nail techs are friendly and some do a good job, especially Teresa and Alicia, they're my only reason for giving a three star rating because my time in their chairs are always pleasant, also they're both my only reason for my continued business there! The owner can kick rocks!!
