I called in a week in advance to make a lash appointment. They had limited availability which I understood, the only available time they had meant I had to leave work early being that I work an hour away. Only to find out after I drove an HOUR in traffic that Julie who I had the appointment with wasn’t there. I was so upset and asked them why no one called me earlier so I can make other arrangements or appointments. The lady who spoke to me, Tina just said that she called me which they did not I double checked with her there. She was very unapologetic, did not seem to care and made no attempts to find a solution, she just basically said she not here nothing I can do. Everyone else looked but no one else provided solutions or seemed to be concerned. I come here regularly for about 2 years now with Van, at least twice a week and only deal with her. But after that I experience I DONT was want to deal with an establishment that does business like that. I will not be returning.

The best nail salon in Houston. I have been everywhere for my nails. River Oaks Nails and Spa No.3 does manicures and pedicures that last longer than any others in the Houston area. They also do the most natural microblading eyebrows that I have ever seen. They accept walk ins as well as appointments. Wine and champagne are available per request.
