Worst nail experience I've ever had. I got a pedicure and a shellac manicure and it looks like I did it myself with some cheap polish. I took this pic right after I left the salon....unfiled nails, shellac on my skin....looks like a kid did it. Also, the place kind of smelled like urine. I've never been upset getting my nails done before. Waste of money!!

I am giving one star because I cannot give zero! I am outside the salon writing this review. I came in to get a shellac manicure a couple days ago and it went ok. I observed other customers being chatted up and being offered drinks...I was not. I noticed that all the nail polish started flaking the following day so I called to get it fixed. The lady was nice on the phone and told me to come in the following day. I came in and she looked annoyed but I just ignored it because I wanted her to fix their mistake. She soaked both my nails and almost threw the shellac selections at me. I could not look at them immediately because my hands were being soaked. She told me very rudely that I need to hurry up and choose a colour because there are other customers waiting (paying customers). At this point I couldn't hold it any longer, I responded to her that if they had done my nails right the first time then I would not be back to "inconvenience" them. She hurried my shellac without saying a word to me except to her colleagues in their language. I will NEVER return to an establishment where I am not welcomed or made to feel at fault for their low quality nail polish and service. Beware as there are many other establishments in the area where the ambience and service is second to none.

I’ve been a client for many years. The staff is courteous and they do a nice job.

They say you get what you pay for, prices are cheap and the outcome shows it. Polish is uneven and doesn't cover my whole nail. Ladies are nice, though.

Love these ladies. They treat you like family and are very competitively priced!
